New York Improv Theater returns LIVE to Times Square with shows, classes and private events April 10, 2021. Due to continued healthy safety precautions, we are adhering to current CDC guidelines. Come enjoy live theater and comedy, but wear a mask, be ready to socially distant, sitting in groups of four or less. We are doing our part to provide temperature checks at the door, COVID filters in air conditioning, redesigning our seating and performance areas, seating shows closer to showtime, restricting LATE entry to shows (PLEASE BE ON TIME) and scrubbing the venue between events. Our currently ONLINE programming – shows, classes, and corporate team building – will continue as long as there is a demand for these services.

Sundays 6pm EIGHT IS NEVER ENOUGH Improv Comedy
LIVE from TIMES SQUARE since 2002, our signature professional show returns April 11, 2021 Sundays at 6pm. Additional performances will be added as the crowds return. The cast of EIGHT IS NEVER ENOUGH delivers high energy fast paced interactive comedy improvised on the spot based on audience suggestions. Every 5 minutes the MC interacts directly with the crowd and you decide what the next scene or song is about. Politics, Sports, your favorite TV shows and films and New York City itself all serve as topical subjects. Many games require the help of audience volunteers on stage to more directly steer the comedy pros. NO TWO SHOWS ARE EVER THE SAME!

In addition to Saturdays 3pm, we host student field trips Monday-Friday during school hours. Improv 4 Kids also tours schools (NYC DOE VENDORS), camps and community centers nationwide. Ask about (or check out links in menu) our classes for kids, teens and even professional development for teachers an staff.
Improv 4 Kids works with hundreds of schools, camps and community centers. We are once again taking event requests for in person shows and workshops. Mondays 8pm On The Spot Cabaret Improv Comedy What do you get when you combine world-class improvisers with some of the best vocalists in New York City? A brand new type of comedy show, where a new musical is created every night. On the Spot has been a premiere Off-Broadway musical theatre improv attraction since 2015.
