The crime was a stolen knife. Turns out Jiminy was a reincarnated tree from 1370s Peru. The knife was made out of rubies and iron by the other tree in Pre Incan Andes Mountains. Jiminy kept popping up though time, including faking his own death in the 1800s, 1982 to.be precise. (iykyk lol)
