We have performed for major corporate events of 200+ guests. We have even performed at a few broadway style theaters (mostly colleges) for 500+ guests. But Improv works best as an intimate art form.

Our small venue/event show has played holiday parties at the home of team leaders and executive VP.
We have also played the small event rooms at THE PALM (Wall Street and Midtown) as well as office conference rooms.
The show has also played birthdays, bachelorette parties, baby showers, family reunions and more.
Starting as low as $600 for a 45-minute (plus travel if out of NYC), 3 top performers stroll in like minstrels of yore, guitar in hand. No set up required, no sound system.
After a brief hello and intro, warming up crowd for an interactive show, the team breaks into song. Every 5 minutes the team asks your guests for suggestions for the nexg games (scene or song). The 45 minute show will have 3 songs and 3-4 games inviting audience participation.

July 1 SUMMER CAMP WEEK ONE – We host a few dozen kids & teens every summer at our own Summer Camp. 2019 rates have been REDUCED $50 – Just $450 includes Classes and activities 9:30am-4:30 daily. Drop Offs allowed as early as 8:45. Pick up as late as 5:15pm. Monday-Thursday includes 2-3 classes in Improv and Stand-Up Comedy. Fridays include a dress rehearsal and 1:30 showcase (please invite friends and family). 3pm FRIDAYS hang out and watch our new COMEDY 4 KIDS by KIDS Showcase featuring our counselors and interns (FREE for Campers and guests) Students will also get to watch at least one professional showcase each week.

This class has been growing strong since Fall 2017. It is an open jam session where professional from many career paths come together to play. We have an amazing roster of regular students, but we have room for more.

We are all about creating a safe place fr folks to play. While playing games, you will learn more about Improv comedy performance. More importantly you will learn valuable techniques we teach corporate groups to develop better team, management, sales and customer service.

In 2015 GOOGLE released a study on WHAT MAKES A GOOD TEAM. In Project Aristotle. Their 4-year study determined that the #1 factor behind a successful team was PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY. Simply put, simply by making the team feel welcome and safe, they produced more. Folks WANT to producer for you when they feel respected and safe.
We have discovered through our work with both stressed out inner city and special needs students, even a single session of Improv, where they feel safe to open up and share, changes the game.
Fear of public speaking and social interaction anxiety my not debilitate all, But more folks are held back by these insecurities than not. In some we have an intense fear of failure.
Improv teaches us to trust ourselves. We learn to stop listening to the voice that says “we are not good enough”. We learn to stop putting ourselves in a box.
The second we let go of that voice of ego and insecurity, we tap into deeper focus and thought. We stop trying to think of something to say, and we allow our genius to flow. The mind that judges ourselves or other inhibits our greatest mental talents.
We have been offering Improv 4 Kids class Saturdays at noon since 2011. Now all of our kids have grown up and are taking the teen class. So we have room for a few new students. Give it a shot.
We offer 8-week programs every Winter, Spring and Fall. This summer we are running 8-weeks of camp.
Our classes for kids & teens include a section in stand-up comedy. We take stories of personal observation and experience and craft original comedy routines.
Combining the Improv and Stand-up delivers a wider range of skills.
Every 8-week program and Summer Camp includes a performance fr friends and family.
We also offer families of our students free tickets to our weekly shows Saturdays/Sundays at 3pm

Walt Frasier, Ivana Mendez and Samuel Van Wyk drove down to Linden, NJ to run some workshops on Monday. The 50+ students grades 4-6 were part of a growing public speaking club.
This was very exciting to see. Public Speaking, and over coming social anxiety, is one of the #1 skills students need to learn, as well as a #1 source of fear. Being afraid to speaking in class leads to a number of side effect. Socially anxious kids become socially anxious adults. Some can over compensate for their insecurities and become bullies, while others often become easy victims for those bullies.
Our Improv workshops are all about learning to speak in front of a crowd, whether a small team, classroom or large auditorium.
Improv workshops are so much fun, students let go of fear, even if just for a moment. Most simply need that one moment of psychological safety to break out of their shells, or at least push their comfort zones to the next level.
This was a uniquely awesome situation because the entire administration recognizes the power of their program and ours. The students began the morning by reciting a pledge, akin to scouts or other organizations. As a community, they pledged their intent to learn public speaking while over coming fears etc. The pledged to project and speak clearly with clear intent. POWERFUL STUFF!
Sam started the workshop running a round of WALK STOP – a simple game that gets the entire group up on their feet, listening to instructions, even when they challenge our perception.
Ivane followed with a round of Orchestra. Three groups each had a sound to make, based on an emotion. Ivana would conduct each group to start/stop their sound, adjust volume and more. While learning more listening and focus, the students are beginning to warm up their vocal production and control.
Walter then ran the mask game. Students are introduced to both pantomime (Physical performance) and emotional engagement, making their performances more interesting.
At this time, each teacher took a group of 15-20 each to run a series of Improv warm-up circle games. These games are all about passing the energy around the circle. When it is your time, you need to project and pass the word, sound or imaginary object. When not your turn to speak/perform one needs to follow – listening and focusing, making eye contact with each performer. Games included ZIP ZAP ZUP, Pass the Face, Imaginary Balls, Walk with Me, One Word Story and more.
For the final 25 minutes every one came back together. Students played I AM A TREE, Freeze Frame and Categories.
We do these workshops for 100s of schools, camps and community centers every year, but this school really is taking PUBLIC SPEAKING seriously. These people skills are so important for management jobs. But all should learn these valuable skills to better chances in any job, job interview, and personal experiences.
Every week we have lots of families and student groups from schools, camps, scout troupes and other community centers. We run shows year round. Bring in your vacation travel camp in December, February, April. Almost every weekend we have a group of boy ad/or girl scouts. Monday-Friday we have groups from K12 Schools for field trips. During the summer we have as many as 4 casts performing at area camps. We run shows at 3 theaters when necessary.
