Live from Times Square NYC since 2002, the cast of EIGHT IS NEVER ENOUGH has delivered interactive musical comedy improvised based on audience suggestions and participation. This show has toured Broadway sized stages, like the Argyle Theater, performed in the living room of a Matter Card VP, and just about every size/type of venue in between. Our main stage show, akin to a great sketch/variety show like Forbidden Broadway, is perfect for any 200-1000+ seat theater or college show. Out intimate show features 3-4 performers, able to turn ANY venue into a comedy, is perfect for corporate events, family events, and more.

Improv Comedy is perfect for any main stage ever, late nite comedy series, or club activity. Our first college gig in 2003 was contracted by the Pan Hellenic council of University of Maryland College Park. Just before pandemic times, we played a show for Molloy College. Our touring company has performed for schools from .aine to Me raska to Florida, including Monroe College, Montclair State University, NJ, University of Dayton, OH, Hastings College, NE, Ursuline College (OH), High Point University (NC), University of MD (MD), Yeshiva University (NYC),, Georgetown University (DC), Mt. WHO ARE WE?
Evan Schultz, Long Island Company Manager

Evan is a Long Island native and graduate of Wagner College with a BA in Musical Theatre Performance/ Voice and Speech. He has been seen here At The Argyle Theatre in The Wizard of Oz (Lion/Zeke), Harry Connick, Jr.’s The Happy Elf (Santa/Ensemble), The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley (Male Swing), James and the Giant Peach (Grasshopper), and would have been seen in Junie B. Jones The Musical (Mrs. Gutzman/Mr. Scary/Daddy/Mr. Woo), but that was unfortunately postponed due to COVID-19. He is the Acting Teacher/Director for the Argyle Academy of the Arts Summer Intensive. He teaches improv and acting at the Argyle during the fall and spring classes. Evan has also stage managed here, and is the Resident Argyle Children’s Theatre Props Designer.
Off-Broadway credits include LMAO (Improv Actor), Isabelle and the Pretty-Ugly Spell, Lost Boys Or An Awfully Big Adventure, JAR’D, The Gayest Christmas Pageant Ever, Hollywood-Hollywood!, Booth! (Ensemble), and Dickens Condensed.

Touring credits include Improv4Kids (Improv actor), Charlotte’s Web (Wilbur), and A Christmas Carol.

Evan is a producer for theatre and film. He is very proud of his current show, A Musical About Star Wars (https://www.amusicalaboutstarwars.com/), which was Off Broadway and will be back once Broadway opens again.
He was also fortunate enough to entertain on cruise ships for five years traveling the world when he was a bit younger. It brought him to every continent and to far away places like Antarctica, The Arctic Circle, Fiji, and even down under in Australia and New Zealand.

Samantha Lara Levine

Samantha Lara Levine can most recently be seen in her performances at the Argyle Theater of The Wizard of Oz and Harry Conick Jr.’s The Happy Elf. In addition to being a featured Rising Star in Broadway’s Sessions at the Laurie Beechman Theater, her past roles include: Ninya in Ellis Island (AFT National Tour), Rita Rigatoni, Housewives of Secaucus (Feinstein’s 54 Below), Alien/ Pal 9000; Awesome Ally (Plaza Theatricals) to name a few. Samantha found improv back in 2014 after a much-needed break from tour and has never left since! UCB and long-form raised and trained, she’s incredibly thankful to all her teachers, teammates, and castmates who’ve made her into the performer she is today. Samantha graduated from University of Rochester with a degree in Vocal Performance. Along with dabbling in cabaret, as well as her own works, she additionally enjoys making all sorts of murder messes on the side, for various companies (but like, acting.)
Walt Frasier, Artistic Director, New York Improv Theater

Frasier got his start on TV via commercials and Sketch Comedy bits on MTV and Letterman. In the past decade he has appeared on TruTV’s “Friends of the People”, Showtime’s “Billions” CBS’s “Blue Bloods”, USA’s “Royal Pains” and Netflix’s “Lilyhammer”.
Walt Frasier cofounded EIGHT IS NEVER ENOUGH Improv Comedy in 2002 and has performed in at least 5000 shows, most often as MC and piano as well as hopping a few scenes.
The DC area (Gaithersburg, Maryland) native has also performed theater & music off-Broadway, regional and touring internationally since 1995.
Steven Prestia

Steven Prestia is a recent graduate from LIU Post with a BFA in Arts Management and an MBA. Steven hopes to use his arts management education to further his own comedy career.
Steven has been working with 8 is Never Enough Improv since 2012. He started as a student, then became an Intern and worked his way up to Teacher/ Cast member in 2016.
Steven has worked with various improv troupes on Long Island to include Friday Night Face Off and No Control.
Steven is also a stand-up comedian and has performed at various venues across Long Island and New York City. Some of his credits include Caroline’s on Broadway, Governor’s, McGuire’s, Gotham Comedy Club, and the Broadway Comedy Club.

Elise is a native of Des Moines, Iowa and is an Actor, Improviser, & Teacher based in Astoria, Queens.Soon, Elise will be displaying her character skills in the musical play “True Confessions of a Straight Man” at the Lorrie Beechman Theatre this upcoming June, 9th, 24th, and 30th. Her more recent Off-Broadway musical credits include starring as Louise DuSaunt in Beauty & the Beast at The Players Theatre, Old Woman/Sister 1 in Dracula: Lord of the Dark at the Vino Theatre, & she also starred in the devised work “Unchilding” at the DiMenna Center for Classical Music. Elise is a Professional Improviser and is a resident Actor/Company member of Theatre Nerds Murder Mysteries (theatrenerds.com) and Accomplice NYC (accomplicetheshow.com). She can be seen making up musicals on the spot at The Magnet Theatre and performs Musical Improv, Hip Hop Improv, & Long-Form, Improv with multiple Comedy Groups around the city.Check her website eliseramaekers.com for more updates. Kourtni Beebe

She was born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma. After receiving her BFA in Acting from Oklahoma City University, she moved straight to NYC. She’s studied improv and sketch writing at UCB and The PIT and now also appears regularly at the Magnet.
She loves doing improv with her indie team, See Harold Run. She also has a fun sketch series called, “Friends After Fat Camp,” on YouTube that she’s currently working on. Go check it out! Kourtni’s also on another sketch team at The PIT with her BoogieManja team, 17:38, that performs monthly at The PIT Loft.
Kourtni’s worked on different productions around the city with Above Average, Comedy Central, NBC, and more.
When she’s not performing, Kourtni can be seen around the city, asking random people if she can pet their dog.
