Improv Comedy has been used for decades in Corporate Team Building. The key principal of “YES! And…” is all about supporting the team and building relationships. But Improv does so much more. Students have so much fun they don’t even realize they develop critical thinking, public speaking, self confidence and more. In this program students will learn to better listen and focus as they work together to create original stories and scenes. Walt Frasier and his team incorporates themes of psychological safety (See Google’s Project Aristotle regarding team building) to create an environment where students feel physically, mentally and emotionally safe. Every student realizes their potential as we create a supportive, judgement-free zone.
