Here is a potential map of a 3 day FUN plan! Of course we will work with and your schedules. We are improv 24/7 on and off the court.
DAY 1 ORIENTATION
Day 1 is all about coming together. You have a ton of information to deliver.
DINNER SHOW: MURDER MYSTERY
Our Murder Mystery shows are a ton of fun and continue the team building. For smaller teams/budgets we have 1 player shows. We supply a detective, scripts and everything you need for your team to become potential suspects AND detectives, collecting clues while evading capture. For larger events/budgets, we have the full murder mystery dinner theater experience, with four or more actors mingling with your team at cocktail hour. We stage a death during dinner. Every table becomes a team of detectives to interogate our suspects (all professional comedic actors) and collaborate to solve the crime. We have shows and themes to fit any venue, team and budget.
DAY TWO
AFTER BREAKFAST IMPROV WORKSHOP
Start your day 2 with an Improv Workshop. While many use pur service as an end of day/end of retreat fun moment, IMPROV under the proper tutelage is the ultimate in ice breaker and team building activity. While a ton of fun, we train your team to be better team member and students for the day 2 intensive. Improv workshops are BOTH team building and professional development. Simply playing these games develops creativity, critical thinking, public speaking, listening, focus, self confidence, self awareness and more. Companies discover that after an improv session they have their most productive collaborative meeting ever. By themselves we use improv workshops to train teams, leadership, sales, service and more.
DINNER SHOW: GAME NIGHT
Trivia, Minute to Win It, Family Feud, Pictionary, etc. Endless options. A little friendly compition can bring the team together even more. We can turn almost any board game or TV game show into an immersive experience.
Walt Frasier, really made the party! He led our group through some fun games and got everyone involved. People had a blast and got really competitive but in a fun way. Walt is a very talented Master of Ceremonies. He also had some fun prizes at the end. People absolutely enjoyed the party and a big part of that was Walt and our game night. We couldn’t have been happier.
DAY 3
ADVANCED IMPROV WORKSHOP
This where we truly customize to your retreat needs. We can set up role play scenarios and team break outs to give real life role play practice for when you return to the office, courtroom, hospital, classroom, etc.

Typical Conflict Resolution Workshop:
- Step One: Improv Game Ice Breakers to bring the team together
- Step Two: Discuss scenarios yoir team encounters regularly
- Step Three: Break into smaller teams. Each team will tackle a unique scenario.
- First have a discussion, sharing stories of conflicts at work – with coworkers, admin, clients, etc.
- Pick one and brainstorm details about that type of conflict.
- Brainstorm best practices on how to solve / handle this type of conflict.
- Create a 2 minute skit. Show the type of scenario, the wrong way to so handle it, then the right way to handle it. Don’t worry about scripts. Outline the skit and use improv to present.
- Pick a leader to introduce the skit and moderate Q&A
- Step Four: Present your findings. Each team presents their mini skit and opens up discussion.
- Step Five: Final Wrap quickly reminding folks to bring wmeverything they learned back to the real world. These “soft” skills are the glue for everything we do as team members, leadership, sales, service, etc.
DINNER SHOW: IMPROV COMEDY
We saved the best for last. Our teams have been performing live from Times Square NYC and touring nationwide since 2002.
