This class is focused on having fun and playing games. Meanwhile discover basic tricks to great story telling and performance, creating fun, meaningful characters, enriching world’s and action packed plots.
Beyond a must for any aspiring performer, these games we play are akin to the same Walt Frasier uses in his popular Team Building workshops for corporate teams. Simply playing these games we develop skills that better our team, leadership, sales and service skill.

Walter is a New Yorker since 1997, but grew up in Maryland, getting his theatrical start in Washington DC area. Walter has also performed internationally in theater (mostly musicals), music and even Opera
Member since 2012, TV: BroadCity (Comedy Central), Vinyl (HBO), Neil Patrick Harris Birthday Celebration Original from North Wales, via a childhood in Oman, Thomas works internationally in TV, theater and music. He is a Max Fischer Award winning graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and has been performing with Eight is Never Enough since 2013. Notable projects as an actor include: appearing in the award-winning short film “The Boy Under the Piano” and the New York Times critically-acclaimed “A Girl Without Wings” (For which he also composed the score). He has been playing the guitar and the banjo since age ten, and his work as a musician is available online. As a writer, his work has been produced on three continents. He also workshops new plays with his theatre group ‘Ruffian Productions’ and writes reviews and editorials for OnStageBlog.com
Andrea Hernandez Mieres
Andrea is a Mexican & Spanish singer, actress and dancer. Originally from Mexico City where she debuted professionally on the Musical Theater scene in the Mexican Broadway versions of The Fiddler on the Roof and The Scarlet Pimpernel. Recent AMDA NY graduate, Andrea is venturing on the New York City scene. Andrea has been with EIGHT IS NEVER ENOUGH Improv since early 2019. She appeared in our Holiday Show, Santa’s Sing Along Adventure, as a singing and dancing Elf.
Emma Campbell
Emma K. Campbell started studying the craft of performance at a young age. Her studies have led her to IU, BU, Idyllwild Arts, Interlochen Arts, and Paul McCartney’s LIPA in Liverpool. She has performed in touring choirs and shows throughout the country. Some of her favorite performances include “The Fool” in Shakespeare’s Twelveth Night at The Secret Theatre and as a traveling pirate. You may also find her singing The National Anthem in the tri-state area for the NYRR and other sporting events. Emma has participated in many cabaret and improv shows throughout the country and is very pleased to add 8 is Enough to resume. Keep a look out for her in the city!
Wayne “Weaux” Babineaux
Wayne “Weaux” Babineaux is an actor and a musician taking NYC by storm with his debut album, “Weaux Is Me”, which combines elegant piano pop and glittery synths with deeply personal lyrics to take you on a journey through heartbreak to self-empowerment. Sunday 12-2pm New Adult Class runs 6/6-8/1. No class 7/4. 8 Classes plus showcase for just $200.
Registration open to younger kids but most 11 and younger are continuing online and outside in Central Park.
2-4 professional teachers on hand daily plus teenterns – Class Clowns with 2-6+ years experience as comedy students helping MC open mics, run warm ups etc.
Classes in improv, Stand-Up and sketch comedy.
NEW THIS YEAR: Daily content creators forum for campers 13+ M-Th 1-3pm
Doors open daily 8:45am, 9:30am daily warm ups. 10am Improv Comedy, 12pm lunch break (bring your own lunch and snacks this year, weekly price reduced $150) and open mic (students can take turns on mic sharing stand up comedy routines etc) 1pm choice of Stand up or sketch comedy/content creation electives. 3pm afternoon free for all (varies daily, open mic, bonding time run by teenteens – AKA MAFIA etc, watch a pro show)

The cast of EIGHT IS NEVER ENOUGH delivers high energy fast paced interactive comedy improvised on the spot based on audience suggestions. Every 5 minutes the MC interacts directly with the crowd and you decide what the next scene or song is about. Politics, Sports, your favorite TV shows and films and New York City itself all serve as topical subjects. Many games require the help of audience volunteers on stage to more directly steer the comedy pros. NO TWO SHOWS ARE EVER THE SAME!
