CAST:  Sanjay Bhakser, Hank Browning, Jesse Douglas, Brian Gurien, Greg Lotsvin, Jordan Randolph, Jonathan Ross, Danielle Von Lehman

Made up of eight UCB and Magnet kids, Tush was formed in August 2014, only to become a comedy force majeure in various bar basements and comedy theater stages.  Using long-form improv, Tush will transport the audience to a time in the future, not so long ago.  When not performing improv, the Tush kids can be found playing “Bad Rap” up and down the A train, much to the delight of commuters. Pin-Up Squirrels, Sketch and improv team, have performed internationally and are in the Guinness book of World Records. Our show Play Date is the 4th Sunday at The Creek and Cave. Our late Night show, Night Out has had amazing guests from inside and outside of the entertainment industry and our sketch videos  are worth watching.

Performer Bios:

 William Goulet Kean – MAY 1 Master of Ceremonies – grew up in Savannah, GA attending a private school and going through the ranks of Cotillion (manners school). He then went to NYU:Tisch where he received a BFA in acting after studying at the Strasbeg and Stonestreet Studios. Since then, he has been a working actor in the city (see resume). In his spare time he studies singing at the Flaherty Opera Studio as well as Improv at UCB and the Magnet. His indie musical improv group Big D and the Closers performs at numerous improv festivals as well as at the PIT, Magnet, and paid gigs at the Broadway Comedy Club. They are currently developing a web series together. Although quite a sweetheart, he tends to play mostly ‘bad boys’ or guys with some edge. http://www.williamgouletkean.com/

 Artistic Director, PATRICK REIDY is an actor, comedian, musician, and improviser in NYC.  He can currently be seen as a host and improv comedian at the Broadway Comedy Club for the Eight Is Never Enough and LMAO-NYC Interactive Comedy Shows as well as touring with their family friendly cousin, Improv 4 Kids.  He is also an established improv teacher, having taught for the Comedy Hall Of Fame and independent residences throughout the five boroughs.  As a sketch writer and performer his work has been featured on Funny Or Die, College Humor, and the Absent Minded Comedy Show.  He is a graduate of Salem State University and has studied improv, sketch-writing, stand-up, and screenwriting at the Upright Citizens Brigade, The Peoples Improv Theatre, and The Annoyance Theater.  Yes, and he would love to help you with your next artistic project!

Improv 4 Kids, Improv 4 Teens, Absent Minded Comedy).

 Jacquie Cosgrove is an improviser/ actor/ ukulelist working out of New York City. She has been improvising for 23 years and has known about it for 5. She studies as an advanced study student at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade and gets her kicks playing with her all lady indie team LL COOL J. She also hula hoops for sport, but that’s another story.

 Lottie Gurvis is a spry little thespian who came out of the closet of theatre at a young age. She has been improvising for 5+ years and has since been performing on stages across North America. She hopes to touch all of your butts throughout her improv journey.

 Chloe Lewis is an actor/improvisor/professional eater of cake from Chicago, Illinois. She recently graduated from the New School for Drama with her MFA in acting, but she really just wants to tell fart jokes for a living. She acts a bit around town, and performs a bit with Real.Good.Spies. She also studies improv and sketch at UCB.

 Laura O’dea is an improviser performing regularly in NYC. She has been studying at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade since 2014. She thinks that LL Cool J (the original) would be a great addition to her lady improv team, if anyone would like to pass along his contact information.

 Kyra Sims is a collaborative musician and actress residing in New York City. She is an extremely versatile artist with her talents on French horn ranging from virtuosic classical soloist to cutting-edge improviser. She is an excellent vocalist with the flexibility to lend her warm and sultry voice to many genres and styles of music. Her innovative blend of vocal and horn performance give her appearances a soulful depth that touch a range of emotions.

A recent graduate from Manhattan School of Music, where she studied with Michelle Baker, Kyra is quickly making her mark in NYC. She has performed in NYC venues such as Carnegie Hall, the Frederick P. Rose Hall at Jazz at Lincoln Center, Le Poisson Rouge in the Village, and Jazz Standard. She happily brings her horn and voice into any genre that will have her- she enjoys and regularly performs not only classical, but also rock, pop, folk, and jazz styles. She has performed all across the country, and all over the world in countries such as China, Italy, and Greece. She has backed notable artists such as Frank Ocean at the 2014 Met Opera gala, Zola Jesus, bassist Reggie Workman, and trumpeter Wallace Roney. As an orchestral musician, she has played under Kurt Masur at Manhattan School of Music, and Lorin Maazel at the Castleton Festival. She has collaborated with and performed in two NYC premieres this year: Bum Phillips All-American Opera at La Mama, and the experimental jazz piece American Dialogues at the Museum of Modern Art.

As an actress, Kyra has performed on the Upright Citizens Brigade stage as an advanced student, and in indie improv teams around the city. She has also participated in NYC experimental and collaborative theatre, including Jeremy Goren’s Wistaria, Igor Stravinsky’s L’Histoire du Soldat, and the enigmatic classic, Why Else do you have an English Horn?

She agree with Dorothy Parker- ” I hate writing I love having written” and manages to get work done despite this fact. She also disagree with Dorothy Parker – ” Men Seldom make passes at girls who wear glasses”- Thanks To Tina Fey this is no longer true! If you’ve read this far you may as well hire her !


 Kerstin Porter

Picture Pin- Up Squirrel, Kerstin Porter is a writer and performer who studied at UCB, The Magnet, and Improv Olympic. Comedy stole her heart at UC Santa Cruz when she was cast in a two part play as a cow that saves a vegan from the desert and a blind girl that switches places with her paralyzed confidant. After moving to New York Kerstin became a part of the sketch and improv teams MK and Exit Strategy. For some reason, she still is unsure of, she moved to LA and joined the team Strange Daisies. After having her fill of LA she took a hiatus to Seattle, but comedy called her back to New York where she is now.  


Erin K. Coughlin

Picture Erin K. Coughlin graduated from Sarah Lawrence College. She studied Improv Levels 1-5 at The Peoples Improv Theater and joined the Pinup Squirrels in May 2013. In addition to making people laugh, she enjoys inflicting her demons on them. Her horror fiction appears in Dark Moon Digest, issues 1, 4, 12, and Dark Moon Digest Presents: Ghosts! She is currently working on a children’s book.


Melody Goodell 

Picture Melody Goodell – has “lived the dream” performing regionally in musicals, melodramas, and some Funny Or Die videos from Florida to California. In NYC she has most recently been involved with The Rhapsody Theatre Collective’s production of CHESAPEAKE (Producer’s Club).  She has also been seen in other new works including VIRAL VIDEO (Manhattan Rep), DEVIL LAND (Theatre Row), WAITING FOR CANDI (The Wild Project), and MISANDRY IS A THING (Alchemical Theatre Lab). Raquel Powell 

Picture Raquel Powell is actress/improviser living like the Queen of New York! Actually, more like, lives in Queens, New York but close enough! After graduated from Adelphi University’s Acting Department, she went straight into comedy. Completed training at both The People’s Improv Theatre and The Upright Citizens Brigade. Tera Feigen

Picture Tera Feigen is an actress, improviser and writer. She has credits in Off Broadway, television. web series, radio shows, stand up and national commercials. Well versed in drama and comedy,  her places of training include The PIT, The Upright Citizens Brigade, The School of Dramatic Arts, and with Tim Phillips, Acting Coach. Tera also has to pee a lot and will eat anything chocolate. She is one of the original Pin-Up Squirrels.
